Reprographics/Administrative Assistant

Position: Reprographics/Administrative Assistant

Description of Role:
To assist the Administration Team Leader by providing a reprographics service to the school including advice and timely production of high quality printed material. Contribute to provide an efficient reprographics service to all staff.
To assist the Administration Team Leader by contributing to the general administration duties required by the school.

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor to supervise physical education classes for absent teachers as required, assisting students with the work that has been set by the teacher or the Head of Department. There will be a requirement to deliver other subjects where required. Proactively managing classes, creating a positive and purposeful atmosphere. Supporting teachers and heads of department in their roles as required, both as Teaching Assistant support in the classroom and through administrative tasks. Also responsible for the maintenance and renewal of classroom and corridor displays in an area of the school.

This is a fixed term contract for initially two terms.

We are delighted to be recruiting for an Assistant to Director of Welfare & Inclusion to join our pastoral team. We are looking for an individual with an ability to support and promote the development and learning of children with a variety of academic, physical, emotional, behavioural and social needs, including highly vulnerable students. This will include running behaviour programmes for individuals and small groups and intervention for students in need.
